I right click the Sound Icon in the bottom right of Windows Taskbar, hover Spatial Sound and it's Off with no option to select Windows Sonic for Headphones. When I open Sound Settings selected are Speakers (Logitech G935/G933s Gaming Headset) and if I select Device Properties, Spatial Sound is off and greyed out, no option to turn it on. In Windows I go to Sound Settings - Sound Control Panel - Speaker Configuration (pops up automatically for me) - Audio Channels only one available is 7:1 Surround, the test works in here but nothing from G HUB. I've deleted Realtek HD Audio manager as I thought that could be interfering. I've deleted G HUB from REGEDIT as at one point the installation would not run as a version was already installed. I've gone to Device Manager and deleted all traces of Logitech from Sound, video and game controllers + Audio inputs and output. I enable surround sound, and then click the test but absolutely nothing happens. I downloaded G HUB, plugged the USB in and started managing the headset through G HUB. I've recently purchased the G935 headset.
